HOW IT WORKS
A monthly account analysis statement is delivered that provides information on balance requirements, services performed, relationship summary, and average balance on deposit. Average ledger, float, collected, reserve and investable balances are reported. Analysis information can be provided in an 822 Express formatted file. File with statement information can be delivered via a secure file transfer.
Balance Requirements to Offset Fees
Total required balance shows the amount of money required to offset service fees.
Analyzed credit is determined by taking the earnings credit and subtracting the total analyzed charges.
The amount of investable balance needed to offset $1.00 in service fees is displayed.
Earnings credit on the investable balance also is displayed for the month.
Products and/or services utilized are listed with volumes, unit price, total service charges and balance required for compensation.
Total analyzed charges and the charges net of balance compensation are shown.
Earnings on the investable balance are computed each month by multiplying the bank’s monthly earnings credit rate by the investable balance.
Services and account activity levels are recapped on all accounts.
Balances and activity on all accounts may be consolidated under a composite account.
Account name(s) and number(s) are displayed.
Average collected balance, balance required and service charges are listed in this section for each account attached to the composite.
Average Balance on Deposit
Calculations for the investable balance are shown.
Collected balance equals ledger balance minus the float balance.
Investable balance equals the collected balance minus the Federal Reserve requirement.
